What has been the best board game since Monopoly?

It must be a board games but not card games because there is a difference.

Besides the many versions of Monopoly, I would also have to say Life.  However, I must add that the many varieties of Monopoly give the game everlasting appeal for my family.  Even the computer and video games are fun.  I think my all-time favorite is the one for the original Nintendo system...gotta love 8-bit Monopoly!

Monoply like?- I think there is "Careers" ,but people keep promoteing "Life" which is not as much fun.  Of course you forgot "Sorry",called Aggravation in other incarnations... Competitive?- No competition to" Risk" of Course.  Board games.humm . CandyLand is no  longer acceptable  so I guess "Chutes and Ladders" IS up there... I'll think on it-j

  8. Tigras and Euphrates, Robo Rally or Settlers of Catan (Cities and Knights).  For reasons I cannot put my finger on, I'm not crazy about Puerto Rico.

  10. My family likes Life.  We have several versions of it also of Monopoly.  It's fun to play the different versions.
