The impact has been enormous, though I couldn't give you statistics. It's really a no-brainer. If you owned a company and your employee's union was always pushing for higher wages - from $30 to $33 an hour, say, and Chinese workers, who can do the job equally well are pushing to increase their pay from $5 an hour to $6, where would you put your plant?
