Question:

What has caused this lower stomach muscle pain and thigh muscle pain?

i haven't done any exercise yet my stomach and leg muscles (back of my thighs) hurt like h**l, as if iv been working out hard, but i really haven't. it started yesterday morning when i woke up, and the day before i had planned to do some sit ups but got distracted, yet now I'm in pain and it hurts so much to move around, please help! i need to know whats caused this, iv done nothing differently than usual :( thanks in advance!

  1. the answer is muscle spasm , where you, have never used those

    muscles for a long time ,

    you have got muscles in your bottom of your buttocks/ thighs  it



    sounds like you  have pulled  them.

      your muscles all stem from your   neck/shoulders ,to every part of

    your body ,

      you, have alot of muscles in your buttocks , going down your thighs



    you, have  tendons , cartilages, ligaments in your body.

       i suggest you leave off the  exercising fo a while ,

      if you, do want to do sit ups, then i would say to you ,

    the best way is; to put your feet under a armchair /settee.

      and  keep your knees bent.

    it will all so prevent problems with your back , in later life.

      start slowly and build up , do 1 to begin with , and then add 1 extra

      once  every 2 days.

      never do too  many straight off ,

    that is where  people  make the biggest mistake of all.

      every day , so your muscles get used to it.

      

      


  2. Did you have great s*x a few days ago? I know that when I do I am a little sore a few days afterwards. Soak in a tub of water, as hot as you can stand it & abscent salts for as long as you can & take 2 asprin every 4 hours to relax your muscles.
