I had suddenly felt a headache in the both back sided of my head, NOT of my forehead (!) and not at the neck,

RIGHT AFTER a male who was sitting ~ 1.5 meters close to me, in another armchair, after he took a meditation posture (both hand palms up sided to the ceiling, far from his body).

I didn't know as I wasn't watching him,

but as I have NEVER headaches,

I looked at him - I had a feeling - and that moment he changed his hand pals position.

I looked back at my things, not at him, and because the headache started right again I've watched him by the corner of my eye and he was again in the posture of ~ meditation.

WHAT was it ???

I left the room after that, and everything was O.K.

  1. Maybe you should ask him what he was meditating about, if he doesn't mind sharing, and let him know about your experience. Maybe you two could figure it out together.

It sounds as though you may be "sensitive". Have you noticed yourself pick up on the emotions or feelings of others before, without an obvious sign from them?

I had a dear friend who went into work one day and as soon as she walked in, she felt like she wanted to cry, and couldn't figure out why. Soon she found out that her boss was in the back room and was experiencing some grief over the death of a pet. She knew then that the sadness was not hers, and over time she has learned to distinguish her own emotions from when she is "picking up" on others.

Talk to this man if you can, don't be afraid, he may find your experience very interesting as well.

    Good luck!
