What has happened to Yahoo 360?

Is Yahoo 360 now defunct? I can't seem to access it. Is there another way to add MY photo to my Answers profile?

Yahoo is supposed to be going through a series of changes. Several different features of your 360 page will be having issues  for the duration of this process it seems. I have had problems with my personal photos today and my comments all day. While other days it seems to be having issues with seeing someones blogs to leaving comments for someone. And also if you have the settings set to send you notices about comments or messages will may or may not get them the same day it was sent to you. Hopefully they will get their stuff together soon and do their re-organizing soon so I can get to having fun on that site or else leave it totally.

Because the whole system is so screwed up. I gave up trying to learn long time ago.
