What has happened to abc1 in the uk?

abc1 used to be on sky and freeview, then they took it off, i really miss it! i was wondering if u could still watch all the programmes that were on it? and why did it go?

abc 1 ceased transmission on all UK platforms on September 26, 2007. It complicated - had to do with scheduling issues and other factors.
