What has happened to my top and bottom trays?

When I go on the internet the top part including Files, Tools, Options, Help, Favorites, etc. are not there. Also the bottom tray that has the Start button at the left as well as the printer, security volume, etc. icons (as well as what windows I have opened) is gone. How can I get these back?

When your browser is opened, tap F11. That should fix you right up. F11 expands your browser.
