maybe your choice of food mixtures.i mean,come on pickles and ice cream.peanut butter and ice cream are just a couple of things you eat,but then again headache and feeling sick at your stomach does sound like a virus ,you might want to see a doc. just in case

how long have you been on the computer for? because i often find that that makes me feel really sick and i get the most atrocious headaches. it could be hunger, because i remember once when i hadn't eaten for about 48 hours i was feeling sick with hunger and just vomited all over the place, the taste was absolutely disgusting. you could be dehydrated as well, try drinking water. and stop thinking about feeling sick, because that just makes you feel worse. :)
