just because a taco may have more calories, it is more nutrient dense than a doughnut. and, just try to avoid the sour cream and cheese, because that is where most of the fat and calories come from. but beans, meat, and veggies are good for you!

i would think a taco would just be more healthy u got protien from the meat and some veggies and stuff and the donut is just a dessert pastry so i dunno thats just me

It depends on what kind of taco and what kind of donut.

A taco has around 350 cal. Try going to tacobell.com. They have a cool calculator.

A donut with glaze on it has about 200 cal.

I went to Calorie King and it said 200 for a beef soft taco and regular glazed donut. The chocolate glazed donut has 250. The funny thing is the CRUNCHY taco has less calories which was 170.

So the answer is -the crunchy taco. LOL
