  1. Cheap labor

    Other countries allowed Amereican corporates

    Other countries allowed American dollar

Thats how America was able to collect all the money of world.

  2. It has built, renewed the country with each wave of refuges..I wonder  about the   Muslim wave that is coming..How much of a religious clash will this create  I wonder..For  muslim way  looks totally a differant way...When they are 30 %  of the  population they will be a force in here !

  3. In Life Sciences, we learn that broadening the gene pool improves a species' chances for survival by making it more adaptive and resiliant.

A culturally diverse society gains a similar advantage.  Different histories allow for different perspectives which in turn allows for a greater pool of solutions from which to choose.

The obvious challenge comes from the conflict between "identity" and "assimilation"...As with other areas of personal choice, I believe the government should base its actions on what is best for the collective...therefore "assimilation" should be encouraged by the State.  Holding on to "identity" to the detriment of the community is not only "racist" but also counter-evolutionary.

  4. Good food!

    Good music!

    Good vehicles!

    Cheap labor!

    Martin Luther King Day!

Hot Russian girls that come here to work for the Summer!

    Imported beers!

  5. Multiculturalism is what America is buit on.  It's a good thing.  Almost no one can say their roots are totally American except our American-Indians, and they even migrated from somewhere else.

The problem is not with new cultures coming into the US, but how they get here.  Everyone's ancestor's were from another country, but they obeyed our laws, followed our rules, and came here legally. With the intention of starting a new life in a free country and making it their own.

Because of our country's neglect to enforce our immagration laws, and protect our boarders, we are swamped with people entering illegally.  They neither intend to stay, nor do they fully pay their own way, and they have made anyone that hires them subject to crimial charges.

No one really wants to keep them out, or kick them out, but they have made themselves uninvited guests, braking not only our immagration, but all of it's corresponding  laws.

This would be a very dull and monolithic society without it's numerous and divers cultures.  It may be the prime and the ultimate factor that has lead this free country to our achievements in all areas, our sustained power, and our leadership in the world.

Multiculturalism, brings us many different cultural traditions and backgrounds, all openly melted together under one nation and one flag.

We can not have a subculture dwelling among us, that neither adopts, nor honors, or contributes to our society in an open and honest way.

As the saying goes: "Love her, or leave her!"

  6. I'm sure there are many positives, but the main impact on my neighborhood is that it brought the schools from exemplery to satisfactory and an increased amount of violence.

Ten years ago the schools were 85% Anglo, today it is 35%.

Also, the neighborhoods aren't really a mix of multiculturalism, but rather pockets of the same ethnic groups living next to each other.  People are most comfortable with their own culture, and they usually live close to others of the same culture.

Our solution...we were originally in private schools for our children, but recently moved to a neighborhood less diverse but with excellent public schools.

  7. It has brought the country to the brink of destruction...all you immigrants need to just cast off back to whatever country you came from and leave this great nation to it's rightful inhabitants: the Native Americans.

  8. i can't think of anything good it has done, i can see a lot of bad it has done

  9. -Attracting the best minds from all around the world to study here

-Develop of culture mimicked by people all around the world

-Combats closemindedness that leads to wars, genocides etc.

-Boosts oppinions of people around world of country

-Makes country more versatile in competitiveness, i.e Olympics

-Prototype for an almost inevitable future

-Makes country as a whole more interesting

-A catalyst for progress: civil rights, etc.

    -Increased relay of knowledge

  10. Nothing good, that is for sure. Want to see how far down hill it will take the US? Look to the UK.

  11. Where do you think the country came from?  Unless you're talking about Native Americans, we're all a mix of cultures that migrated here starting in the 1600's.  Are you saying that appreciating our cultural differences instead of mashing everyone down into your idea of what is American is wrong?

  12. it allowed us all to be here.. if not the red Indians would still be on this friggin land and we'll all be in our respective Germany, Russia, Ireland, Africa, Britain etc.
