  1. Beans and other legumes (lentils, peas, peanuts, chickpeas,) whole grains, nuts, seeds, vegetables (especially dark green ones,) mushrooms, as well as dairy and eggs, if you still eat those.

If you don't like soy-based mock meats, try seitan.  It's made from the wheat glutin (the protein in wheat flour, with the starch rinsed away.)  It's chock full of protein, has a meaty texture and is very versatile.

  2. nuts and seeds.hemp seeds expessialy

  3. mostly nuts beans and fish

  4. beans and nut are great sorces of protien also cheese

  5. It's pretty hard to find food that doesn't have protein in it. Some good examples are oil and sugar but those aren't actual food.

Bread, pasta, beans, peas and lentils are very good sources of protein.

  6. Eggs, Grains, Pastas, Legumes (beans), lentils, nuts, seeds, peanut butter...hope these help you!

  8. If you are not vegan, then get organic non-fat dairy. I drink Horizon Organic fat free milk alot because it's got alot of vitamins in it and protein as well, and because it's organic I don't have to worry about the treatment of the animals.

  9. Nuts. Legumes (beans). Cheese and other dairy.

  10. Other good protein sources are almonds, black beans, cashews, garbanzo beans (chickpeas), kidney beans, lentils, lima beans, peanut butter, pinto beans, and sunflower seeds.
