  1. I just wanted to let everyone know about this great site I found with lots of useful Gas saving tips and information. It is a free site, so no worries. Check it out and save some money like I did using the tips. Good luck!

  2. Going out on the weekends. Just for a bite or walk or just because.

  3. Taking long distance weekend trips.

  4. it  has not stop me from doing anything because i am  so rich it doesn't matter till it goes up to 20 dollars a gallon so it has stopped me and i have a hummer too so yeah

  5. Gas has hit $4.18 a gallon for Plus here in New Orleans. At this present time, gas prices have not changed much for me. I drive a small car (Nissan Versa) and can still take long drives. If the gas prices continue to climb, it will start to affect me. I'm paying about $7 or $8 more for gas every two weeks this year than I did in 2007.

  6. i cant buy as many things cause i have to buy gas for my dirtbike and im young and i have one job that pays little

  7. I had to put my ford F650 and my boat up for a little while I have decide that riding a bike is going to have to be my main transport until I save enough to fill up a 45 gallon truck and a 150 gallon boat.

  8. I avoid rush hour heavy traffic and long waits to get through any intersection; I don't use the car every day like I used to do;  I add Ethos to my gas tank and oil crankcase to get better mileage; I drive a little slower and am easier on the gas peddle; I don't take driving vacations; I don't fill up;  every two weeks I get half tank of gas for just under $30.  I do all my errands within a 2 - 5 mile driving range.

Then the cost of gas has made me save energy like only turning my hot water tank on as needed, and keeping the air conditioning at 79 - 80F.  When it is 95 outside it still feels cool inside the house.

I shop more at WalMart and have McDonald's breakfast burritos or egg mc muffins once a week.

  9. Price of gas here has reached $ 14/gallon

It does not affect my driving habits yet but if/when it goes

    up to $ 20 I shall have to re-consider.

  10. Mostly going to the mountains to hike.  Plus going to the mountains to do volunteer trail maintenance.

  12. Driving as much as I normal do, "cruising"

  13. the cost of gas doesn't affect my life...yet.  If it goes up to 15 dollars a gallon, then we may have a different story
