I was fostering this lab heeler mix, he was approximately 6 month he loved fetch, we i went out and bought him a tennis ball, we were out in the backyard and i threw the ball, he brought it back dropped and dropped it at my feet, tethered in a like a spiral like he unrolled it, I mean i didn't expect him to rip it like that let alone in a short little run! lol

my great pyrenees usually doesn't jump on me, so i never noticed how big she was, and I do mean big I am 5"7 and she is almost my height on her back legs that made me go OMG cause since she never jumps on me i never really noticed.

what about you?

also what is the healthiest choice to feed young pups and large breed dogs?

what do you feed your dog?

  1. My family bought my Doberman a tug-o-war tyre with a rope toy. He played with it and brought it back the next day with the rope undone and the tyre chewed up!

They usually get fed Pedigree or VIP

  2. my niece's italian mastiff puppy ate two pr of sox in less than 30 min..lol

    Royal Canin is great!

  3. I bent over-she jumped up-she put her snout right into my left eye socket-I saw stars-she knocked me out for a few seconds-flat on my back.

She was just 9 months old.

I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback and she gets Wolf King dry food.

  4. hahah omg i cant believe he shredded a tennis ball! gotta love pups, huh? we had a year old chesapeake bay that shredded(and i mean, SHREDDED) a featherbed in less then 5 minutes. My mom was home alone and went to use the bathroom, she walked out and said it looked like it had snowed in the house, every inch of the living room was covered with feathers hahah.

as far as food goes, i dont make too much money but my dog has all kinds of allergies so i give her 1/2 cup of science diet (makes a bag last longer) mixed with a little cooked ground beef(oil in)or some cooked chicken livers(very gross looking),a little fish oil  with a runny egg and frozen peas, she loves it and her coat looks super!

  5. Several years ago on Thanksgiving Day we let the then pup outside before our company came, the turkey was cooking, everything looked great, my husband and I were dressed decently and were looking forward to a good day with family and friends. I went out to let him in and there he was covered from head to tail with mud - he's a white dog! That was an OMG moment. When my husband saw him we both howled with laughter and took his picture.
