What have been the average ages for a girls to become pregnant throughout history?

Well to my best knolodge, the age range throughout  history has not changed a whole lot. You must remember that in the old time girls were married off at around 12 yrs old, so it was not very uncommon to find them mothers by 16. I do think that the avarage has been women in their 20's.
