What have been the minimum wage rates since 2006 in the UK?

Can anyone please give the rates since 2006, I know what is the rate now, but I need to know what it has been since 2006.

£5.35 per hour from 1/10/06 to 30/09/07

£5.05 per hour from 1/10/05 to 30/09/06
