What have you done/said to try to get out of a moving violation ticket?

You will not get out of it; all you can really do is 'bargain it down' with the judge. Tell him, 'I have no problem paying for the ticket, but I can't have the points'. They usually let it slide.

I have large b*****s, I honestly never have to say anything.  I got pulled over once for doing 65 in a 30, one headlight out, back window obstructed, pipe in the car, not wearing seatbelts.  I was a teen and I even pulled out the classic,

"it's not mine, it's my friends,"

I simply sat, not accentuating the b*****s at all and still got out of it with a pat on the back, a leering grin and a,

"have a nice night."

Been pulled over 6 times for various things, all of them pretty minor and I have never gotten a ticket.  Never been pulled over by a female cop though, I think that would change my stats a bit.
