What have you eaten today or whats your average food intake in one day?

ie could you list on average what you eat in a day? or today?

just want to see how my intake compares with others.. thanks =)

  1. Breakfats: cheerios

    Snack: flapjack of biscuits

    Lunch: dont have 1, if i do its a cucumber sarnie

    Dinner: mince & pasta or potatoes, beans and meat

    Pudding: strawberry muller corner yoghurt

    snack - muller light yoghurt

    i aim to eat around 1200 calories a day and no im not on a diet. just a very light appetite

    its friday so beer and some sort of food for dinner probably something not too healthy...i'm thinking calazone!

  5. I usually have a poached egg on plain wheat toast for breakfast;

    salad, tuna, or something light without carbs for lunch:

    dinner consists of whatever I fix for my kids or what my boyfriend fixes, I just watch my portion size.

    Keep in mind as you compare, though, that I recently lost 75 pounds and i am now maintaining (have for 6 months. Yeah!)

  7. Hmm I eat:

    Strawberries

    Strawberry Yoghart

    Egg Sandwich

    Chips + Sausages.

    Thats all i eat. Dinner varies though.

    dinner=chickenburger(garlic mayo of course)

    tea= im still thinking on that one

    but im currently eating tictacs............i wonder if fizzdude would like some to clear up his wind problem.

    others i eat like a horse.

    today i ate fish + chips, a bag of crisps and an apple

    not healthy i know. haha

  12. Well simply - we should all take in 200o calories for girls and 2400 for lads.

    But today i have eaten (so far - its 16:48);

    2 croissants with butter

    A glass of orange juice

    3 cups of tea.

    1 round of cheese and coleslaw  sandwich

    A pack of salt and vinegar crisps

    A glass of chocolate milkshake

    A slice of cake

  14. A bowl of porridge,a yoghurt, a banana,a tin of butter beans and a tin of tuna.

  15. Since I'm trying to lose weight, I eat about 1400-1500 a day.  As a woman, I should be eating about 2,000 calories a day.

    All i've had this morning is a bowl of total in skim milk and a small can of apple juice later on.

  17. I ate a serving of frosted mini wheats and milk and half a poptart so far. I usually eat about 2,200 calories a day or less depending on how hungry I am.  

  18. Breakfast - cup of tea with milk, 2 weetabix with unsweetened soya milk, slice of wholemeal toast with nutella spread

    Mid-morning - Apple and cereal bar, water

    Lunch - Roll with quorn ham, lettuce, tomato and cucumber, chocolate custard with yoghurt coated raisins, apple, fruit shoot

    Afternoon - Strawberry cornetto

    Tea - 2 slices of gluten-free multigrain bread with half a tin of tuna and mayonnaise and one spring onion, steamed carrots with homous dip, drink of diet 7up

    Evening - Aero hot chocolate and slice of soda bread toasted and topped with chocolate and jam spread.

    Snack  :  Weight Watchers Noodle Soup

    Dinner  :  I think i might have pasta.  

  20. I eat on average about 1500-1700 KCals a day.

    1-2 Fruits

    2-3 Veg

    3-4 Dairy

    4-5 Carbs

    3-4 Meat/Protein

    1-3 Fat & Oils

  21. For breakfast lately I've been having 1 packet of quaker instant plain oatmeal (100 calories) and crystal light.

    Then for lunch I normally have a toasted english muffin with some mustard and chicken

    Last, for dinner I normally have one serving of protien (chicken breast) and then some vegetables, or a piece of fruit like an apple!

    18 beers and one microwave burrito.


  23. I eat no breakfast, (only on Sundays)

    Lunch I have something smaller, like a sandwich or sometimes something healthy at a restaurant

    Dinner-Main course, 2-3 side dishes, exp corn, beans, peas,

    later at night- a snack such as an apple

    for drinks- MILK AND WATER unless HEALTHY juices!
