  1. I've learned that white people have a deep seeded hatred against blacks. I've learned that no matter how far we've come, white people still look at us like we're all are on welfare. I've learned that I have to bite my tongue and suppress my feelings to make others perceive me as non threatening when we all get up set about the same things. I've learned to be more tolerant of others. I've learned that the saying " do as I say, not as I do" is a way of life

  2. Size means nothing when half of the people live in podunk and the only living thing in sight are jack rabbits and pigs.

It's hard to be smart when all you ever see is sticks, grass, and giant rabbits.

I'm glad I'm smart and live where there is in-door plumbing and schools.

Rarely is the question asked, are, is our children learning?

  3. Hey, I am half swedish. I think America has had quite a dumbing down effect. Omama has taken advantage of America's education. Education is what will bring America back. George Bush proved that ayone can become president, because he was a special needs kinda kid. Well, America is a great country...full of opportunity. If Obama becomes president anyone that has enjoyed the past dumb president will look dumber when a smart president is in office...oh well, we all have to take turns.

  4. From #1 I learned that you are honest.

From #2 I learned that you are a snob.

  5. That we have so many hateful, hurtful people right here in our own backyard, and they talk about other peoples from other places, they have a nerve. So sad, and they have a nerve to say they are citizens of these United States.

  6. that i dislike Republicans more now than i did before 2008

  7. I have learned that McCain has no idea what he is doing. Poor judgment, bad leadership.

  8. 1.) I have learned that it is not over til it's over.

2.)  That people from Sweden should not judge the "intelligence" of an entire country............as that's a pretty assinine thing to do

  9. 1. The election is not over, so there is much more to learn.  Keep listening and learning.

    2.  The internet has changed the way I hear about the candidates. Sometimes that's a bad thing, but most of the time that's a good thing.

    3.  Other countries pay close attention to what is going on in America.  I didn't realize that until this election.

    4.  I thought racism was a thing of the past in this country.  However, Obama has shown me that it still exists, only it is now the black's against the white's.  I wasn't aware of the black theology; it's a scary cult and has many followers.  Obama is one of them but is downplaying that big time in order to dupe the dems to vote for him.

To AngieBab - it's unAmerican to just give up like that.  Please reconsider your decision.  I'm assuming you are a democrat so have been on constant injections of liberal hype.  The economy is on the rise and things are looking good for our country.  Get on board the positive train and start cheering for your country again.  If more Americans would make an attempt to see the truth of our country's situation, the outlook would be brighter and our country would flourish for it.  But if you continue to listen to the dems constant negativity, you will go into a deep depression and not even Obama's proposed governmental control will help you out of it.

  10. There is no good choice and I'm chosing to stay out of the election. I voted in the primaries and the only good choice, in my opinion, didn't make it through and so I choose not to even vote since I don't think either candidate is good enough to be president. I think most Americans have to be stupid and they must want things to continue on in America like they have been, especially if they vote McCain in. I'm not sure what Obama will do but he just doesn't seem right either. He's all for raising taxes which is what this country doesn't need right now after 8 years of Bush.

  11. That no matter how bad republicans s***w this counrty up with there curuptness..you still have idiots who will vote for them.

    Richard Nixon=Water Gate scandal

    Ronald Regan= Iran contra

    George H Bush=Raised taxes,started a war,and killed our economy

George W Bush=Worst president in American History.

It's time to kick the bums out and get another democrat into office.

  12. I've learned that who ever has the best commercials and news coverage sways the crowd, not the issues of the candidates.

  13. Thing I learned about Obama:

•He voted in congress to tax the lower middle class.

He voted to tax anyone making over $31,850 (25% tax bracket).

Obama invested in tax free bonds while voting to raise tax rates on the middle class. " How Tax Boosting Obama Cuts His Own [ Taxes ]"

Barack Obama Has Proposed A Laundry List Of Tax Hikes On The Campaign Trail, Which Would Hurt The Economy"..."Obama Has Called For Higher Income Taxes, Social Security Taxes, Investment Taxes, And Corporate Taxes, As Well As "Massive New Domestic Spending." http://www.houseconservatives.com/blog/b...

"Barack Obama thinks higher taxes are a good thing"..."Obama’s claims to the contrary, his votes to raise taxes on people earning as little as $31,850 are straight from the Democrats’ tax-and-spend playbook" http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washingt...

  14. WE not smartest countries in this world..But we are world leader ...so we have some brain..

  15. I have learned that America is the greatest country in the world and you are right many Americans are dumb but large countries seem to have that problem. I think religion is one of the major factors for the dumbing of America

  16. Darkenil,

Unfortunately, we have learned that you can't count on the democratic party - again.

They have once again put forth a "no-winner" as they did with Jimmy Carter, Al Gore, and John Kerry. This is likely to be a landslide win for McCain.

The democratic leadership had this election sewed up years ago, and then let it slip away. They put their faith in two people independents would outright reject - a controversial wife of an ex-president; and a little experienced (143 days in the senate) 'nobody.'

With a huge selection of highly experienced senators, governors, and representatives, they could have selected someone their party could unite behind, and attract a lot of independents and republicans.

    But, they didn't.

So, what we have learned this year is to not trust the judgement of the DNC.

    Michael B:  What about -

John F Kennedy  - Bay of Pigs disaster

Jimmy Carter - Abscam Scandal, Iranian Hostages

Bill Clinton - Monica Lewinsky (and the other three), Somalia,

Whitewater, and Impeachment for lying to grand jury?

Shouldn't the dems be thrown out too?

  17. I have learned that America has, under a Republican administration, dumbed down the citizens of this country through lack of education.

I have learned that Americans have not really advanced since Lincoln abolished slavery and declared that all men are created equal.

I have learned that Americans will believe anything they are told by a one-sided corporate media.

I have learned that Americans do not understand that the color of a man's skin has nothing to do with his principles.

I have learned that some women will vote for another woman, simply because she is a woman and disregard the fact that the principles on which those women stand are completely opposite one another.

I have learned that Americans do not understand the principle of freedom and will allow their government to abolish those freedoms in the name of security, even to the point of abandoning the Constitution on which this country is founded.

I have learned that government by the people and for the people is instead a government by the rich and for the rich, and that the rest of the country is stupid enough to believe it.

I have learned that what was once the greatest country in the world has become a nation of uneducated sheep who will not think for themselves.

It's time to change. It's time for ALL Americans of every color and gender to have truly equal opportunity, in education and in jobs. It's time for ALL Americans to have a good education and the opportunity for higher learning, regardless of income level. It's time for ALL Americans to be able to form an opinion based on truthful government and truthful media. It's time for ALL Americans to realize that we are ALL human beings, that we share this planet and this country, and we must care not just for ourselves but for all people.

  18. I've learned that Swedish folk aren't very good English speakers, and also aren't very good at statistical mathematics. A country with more people in it is going to have a harder time educating them all properly than a small country. But if you have any doubt that America has the best and brightest minds in the world, you could petition for a war against America, and we would win with nothing more than a missile more intelligent than anyone in Sweden. QED.

  19. I've learned that ALL countries have stupid people, smart people, kind people, religious people, homeless people, fat people, skinny people, green people....on and on and on.  No perfect country that I can see.  We just need to elect the right people...and I'm not seeing it in this election...maybe the next one.  God bless you all!
