What have you prepared for the next life?

Wether you are muslim or -non-muslim, you must have thought about the next life (life after death). For muslims this life is a preparation for the next life. Call it heaven and h**l or reward and punishment, whatever you do in this life will be counted and evaluated in the next life. What have you prepared for that moment?

your premise is incorrect, I do not believe in a 'next life'.  

I believe in life before death.

I am a Hellenist, so I cannot say how I will do (only the Gods can judge) and whether or not I will get to the lands of the Blessed, Elysium, or if I will be reincarnated.  If I am reincarnated, only God knows what I shall become and what my mission will be.

What I have prepared is that I follow my conscience and holy knowledge, and I hope that I am doing their will.  If I fail, I only have my own actions to blame.

I'm a Christian. I know I can't take anything with me when I go.

All I will have is the core essence of my being - my soul - and thanks to God's grace, I will spend eternity in Heaven with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

The only way to be prepared is to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The good deeds we do will not get us into Heaven on our own without Him.

I'm prepared for heaven because I'm saved and I live my life by God's Word and I share the gospel with my friends and family and they all got saved.

well ahmed, im  trying to 'enrich' my spirit, 'soul', if there is such a thing, with knowledge, understanding and bettering myself in this life, for the next, if there is such a thing

but even if theres not, its all relevant and worth it in this life too

Well, as I look at the world around me, all evidence that I have seen seems to show that death comes after life not life after death. What little I have seen of death shows that in death we rot.  So, as all things, I am prepared to rot when I die.
