I haven't found anything yet. I wouldn't try pills though, unless you just want to take vitamins. Water helps slightly, but not significantly.

No i haven't tried any pills but lots and lots of water works wonders. Its fills you up real nice :D

Pills don't work, but milk is a great appetite suppressor for me.
