  1. Having looked at your other questions - all on the subject of administration - I assume you are researching for course work - in which case look it up on Google.

    Questions on here which end with things like "Give an example and explain why" always give the game away that you want other people to do your research for you.


  2. Admin is always responsible for making sure the laws are upheld.  Health and safety regulations, are laws.  

    For example, they have to make sure that the floor managers aren't locking the factory workers into the factory, because if a major fire broke out, no one would be able to get out.

  3. It applies to the working environment relating to admin. For example, there should be no trailing wires from photocopiers, computers and other electrical appliances. Desks should not be so close that you cannot get out in case fire. You should take breaks from computers to avoid health problems with arms and eyes.

    I recall years ago, we put finished paper work on a spike, until someone stick it through their hand. Not used now for that reason.
