What healthy, light breakfast should I have tomorrow?

I've got carrots, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, cellery..

  1. get some eggs and make a fat omlet!


  2. Although I agree Breakfast should be healthy, it should be your biggest meal of the day.   Non fatty and cheese do not go together by the way LOL

    Is that all you have?

  3. i think an omelette was the right idea. that or make a fruit smoothie with protein shake mix.

  5. This is a version of what Whole Foods Market used to sell under the name "It's Alive! Salad"  They haven't made it in a decade, but it's still my favorite breakfast.

    Put a small pack of sliced mushrooms (fresh) in the bottom of a bowl.  Over it add a pound of tofu cut into 1/2 inch squares and a couple shredded carrots.  Drizzle sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a bit of Mrs. Bragg's Liquid Aminos over all this. You can add a little hot sauce (sriracha/rooster sauce) if you like. Stir and let it sit overnight refrigerated.  The next morning, add a big handful of peanuts or sunflower seeds and a package of sprouts and some sesame seeds.  Stir and serve.

    This serves 4 and it is the most, fresh, RAW healthy meal ever.

    Too many people, vegan & vegetarians included, start their day off with sugar and starch.  Break the habit!  

    Cucumber salad and peanut butter & a tortilla are also good, fast, and easy.
