  1. Rapid weight loss and temporary "diets" don't work.

You need to adopt a habit of eating healthy foods in moderate portions, combined with plenty of exercise.

A healthy vegetarian diet typically consists of plenty of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, combined with modest amounts of protein, including soy/tofu, seitan (wheat gluten), beans and nuts.

Tofu is very common for vegetarians, if you've had a bad experience with it, try another recipe. There's many tasty ways to make it.

  2. Tomato & Avocado sandwich.  Use juicy tomatoes and ripe avocados so you don't have to use mayo.  Toast the bread (use anything but plain white because the idea is to get as much nutrition out of everything you eat if you are trying to lose weight).  There is already salt in bread so if you can do without adding it to your sandwich then don't.  Too much salt will make you retain water and can also make you think you are hungry when you are just thirsty.

The fat in the avocado will actually help your body drop stored fat.  You want to make sure you are getting some fat in your diet so that your hair, skin and nails stay looking healthy.  ~If you are skinny but you look all homely then what's the point?

  3. Tofu with beans and a glass of milk is healthy for you. You may also like a side of scrambled eggs (microwaved).

  4. Look here my friend, You need to see a nutritionist.

You may get some tips from this site, but in the best interest of your health...please take my advice.

Remember too, that exercise is an important factor in any weight loss program...second to good nutrition.
