Question:

What healthy snacks can I bring with me on a long road trip?

I was thinking of nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, and some containers of yogurt. I'm also thinking of bringing some dried ginger to help with the nausea. I can't really think of anything else. Any good ideas?

  1. Make your own trail mix, jerky is also good and don't foreget your liquids (water, tea, etc.).
