What heavy bag is right for me?

i weigh 147-150 lbs and have been kickboxing for a year. ive yet to purchase a bag. what size should i get (70 lbs, 80 lbs...?)

I would normally recommend a good leather heavybag of 100 lb weight for boxing training, but if you plan on kicking the bag, then stay away from leather A good vinyl bag of 80 lbs. would be better for you IMO.
