what can i drink/eat at night to help digest my food before bed and increase weight loss?

  1. Well, if you wanna lose weight, you shouldn't eat anything extra ESPECIALLY before bedtime. You have no activity besides breathing to burn that off.


  2. Try a nice bowl of mixed fresh fruit. I'm having one now. :) Also, if you really want to speed up your digestion. Try drinking a a mug of Hot Prune Juice. In the morning hours you can drink a mug of hot water with a lemon in it. It will speed up your digestion, and metabolism.
