  1. Gaviscon Advance for the heartburn - best there is.  Triangluar pillows for sleeping more upright.  I didn't believe it when people said it goes away as soon as you give birth but it does, and I drank a whole carton of fresh orange juice as soon as I could!   For the nausea, maybe the pressure point bracelets and ginger biscuits.

  2. eating small, light meals will help with nausea and when I had heartburn while I was pregnant, a glass of milk helped.

  3. I had the same problem with all 3 pregnancies. Each one I found a different way to cope. First one, only cheese and crackers helped, 2nd one Lime juice cordial, 3rd one Apricots! I had horrendous morning sickness lasting 5 months with each pregnancy but those things helped me keep something down at least.

I also found sipping water every half hour with a slice of fresh ginger in it helped enourmously. No need to have a huge gulp just a little every half hour kept the nausea away.
