What helps relieve aching muscles?

I've worked-out 3 days in a row without working out all summer. I can barely walk. HELP!!!

  3. When my daughter's calves ached from running track, her holistic doctor had her take magnesium. It took a couple of days to see a difference.  Buy a quality product though with a high absorbency rate, not just the cheap stuff at Kmart or somewhere.

Well first of all hop into a really nice hot steamy bath and soak yourself in some epsom salt.  A massage helps as well.  Oh and the absolute best thing to do is to stretch.  There are a few herbs that works wonders but if you don't have them then theres no need in talking about them.  So I just gave you a few quick ways to help.  Oh also eat a nice carb meal after your workouts.

  5. HAVE YOU EVER TRIED MEGNANTS LIKE THE KIND THAT GO ON YOUR REFRIGERATER. IT WORKS TRY IT. IT WAS SOMETHING MY GRANDMOTHER USE TO DO AND I WENT AHEAD AND TRIED IT AND IT WORKED SO TRY IT OUT. YOU JUST PUT IT ON THE SPOT WHERE IT HURTS AND PRESS IT THERE FOR A MINUTE AND THEN RELEASE IT.
