  1. There was a time when a hard time, I would cower away and hide inside a needle, but that only leads to more problems and then ON TOP of that your original problem is there..what gets me through is music, playing and creating it...to me music so powerful and special because you can CREATE something out of a devastating event...

  3. I realize that time marches on, and that with time comes change, which includes whatever the difficulty is.  I think about what will happen later, in a few hours, a day, a week, a month, a year whatever amount of time I think I need in order to cope.

    Works for me.

  6. i've been feeling sad for years but now i've come to the conclusion that the world is made like this; you have to love yourself, even if there's no one else, you have to be that source of unconditional love towards yourself, always. that will make you stronger and you will no longer need anyone. hey, why would your happiness depend on other people? just give yourself that unconditional love. period.
