  1. sage, rosemary, paprika, lemon, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.

  2. salt, pepper, chicken seasoning, and chicken broth

  3. I say just experiment with it different ways until you find exactly what you like, I usually use parsley, cilantro, and basil, along with other seasonings.

  4. thyme is delicious with chicken brest, but you dont want to just cut up any herb and cook it with the chicken, your going to want to marinade the chicken breast because its pretty difficult to cook chickenbreast and have it be moist, this is because its a white meat..

  5. Whatever kind of herbs you like, dear...Try some chicken seasoning.  Better yet, skip the cooking and go get some Churches.

  6. Okay..here is my famous Chicken Breast recipe... and it's yummy!

    Yummy chicken breast

On both sides of chicken breast do the following:

Salt & Pepper, heavy with lemon pepper seasoning and some garlic salt

Put in shallow pan lined with foil (I used non-stick Reynolds Wrap)

Pour about a tlbl of lemon juice on top of each breast

Slather on Dijon mustard (about a tsp or so) then the same

with lite mayo - Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Bake at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.  If you pound out the chicken breast prior to seasoning, they will cook quicker and be a little more tender.  These are really good.

  7. rosemary

  8. I use a thick paste of olive oil, grainy mustard, crushed garlic cloves, lemon juice, rosemary and salt & pepper.

  9. I would recommend marinating the chicken in some olive oil, sage, garlic, and parsley.  I personally like to marinate it overnight, or at least several hours.

Don't over cook it or it will dry out.

  10. it depends on what flavour you are after.

i like cumen, hot paprika and salt, another favourite is to smother it in tumeric and bake it with onions and garlic, nice w rice. experiment that is the best way to cook. i don't use recipes that much, unfortunately i rarely cook the same dish twice, but then i got that from my dad.
