  1. I've tried Rosemary and Lavender (separately) and they were both awesome.

  2. Cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger add some great flavor to brownies.  Mint brownies are also very nice.

  3. You want herbs for brownies???

There is only one herb for that- but you might want to leave off your name for providing them.

  4. This question would have seemed ridiculous to me 2 years ago.   However, i visited a top end italian bakery where they made the most delicious rosemary flavored brownies I have ever had.

I would not try using any "funny" herbs.   Aside from the obvious reasons, you would be wasting your herbs in huge quantities for minimal impact.

  5. mint is delicious with any dessert :)

  6. nothing works better with brownies than rosemary....i dont know why but it just tastes great!

I've experimented with dill as well as lemon grass...had interesting results but nothing beats rosemary i promise!

  7. Generally you don't put herbs in brownies, but you might consider adding some ground cinnamon or even chili powder for a zing.  Consider topping your brownies with butterscotch or peanut butter chips and letting them melt.  Or add them to your brownie mix before baking.  Another nice addition is mini marshmallows and candied walnuts, along with chocolate chunks.

  8. Lavendar is wonderful in brownies.

    Tarragon is great as well.
