What high level monster should i kill that has relatively good drops? (runescape)?

64 str

63 def

i don't want a level, say, 179 monster, but not anything like green or blue drags.

ankous would actually be perfect for your combat level.

they are in the stronghold of security, on the last floor. if you go to the area that also has skeletons, there will be a lot less people, so more will be available to you. they are good to train on, as well as good for drops.
