What hobby should I take up?

I need a hobby to take up. I have already tried rock collecting, sewing, knitting, cross-stitiching, fishing, origami, cooking/baking, gardening, singing, instruments, and scrapbooking. I need something new to do over the summer.

I am open to any ideas, as long as they are not dumb.

I do have $100 that I can use to start my hobby.

  7. hunting, paintballing, poker, creating a website, sports

  8. Wow - you've tried a lot of great hobbies already.  I suggest drawing or painting...something artistic that you can enjoy or share with others.  You could paint or draw something you see or just do some random colors and shapes depending on your mood that day.  Another idea is to use construction paper and glue to make  cards for people in nursing homes or service men and women...get well cards or just "have a nice day" cards.

  9. Art jewelry! OK, let me be specific. You can buy Precious Metal Clay and use it to make jewelry, but you work it the same way you work play-doh. The only tools you need are the sort of tools you use in ceramics, you can probably make the tools you need out of cheap wooden dowels from hardware store and a file. The cool thing is that when you put it in an oven or kiln or otherwise heat it, the water evaporates and the thing you made will be solid gold or solid silver. So, you can make really gorgeous pendants, or even figurines, out of silver or gold. (I'd stick with the silver if I were you, gold is currently trading at $900/oz)

If you get good at it you can enter your art jewelry into competitions that offer cash prizes.
