Homeschool isn't somewhere you go. Is there a reason your child needs to do school over the summer? Maybe they'd like a holiday.

If you are discussing curriculum there are many out there that are specifically designed for over the summer and to bridge the grades. Check your local  book stores.

Not sure what the question is but I will take a stab at it.  it looks like you are wanting to do some summer schooling for your 2nd grader so they will be ready for 3rd grade in the fall?

If this is correct, you might consider looking for a book called "what your second grader needs to know"  It is a book which provides the typical standards for the particular grade.  Some libraries carry it.  If your 2nd grader is behind in some areas this could give you some input towards what to focus on.  While summer is usually a vacation time, some homeschoolers like to use the summer to fill up time when its too hot outside or to do activities they may not find time during the year to do.
