Well the early odds have Curlin as the favorite to win it. I would go with Hard Spun since Pino is the jockey.

This year's Kentucky Derby as all in the past could go any way. My money is going to be on Dominican and Scat Daddy. I doubt that the favorite Curlin will be in the Winner's Circle. He has a lot of records to break. Since 1967 only two horses have won the Derby without racing as a two-year old. And I read this morning that Curlin has never faced a field of 10 or more. I doubt seriously that the favorite will cross the finish line first this year.
