Hi,I wonder if you can assistWe soon flying on holiday through Singapore to Malaysia on Singapore Airlines. I just found out that some flights have been cancelled and overbooked resulting us not being in Singapore only for max two hours (had brillant connection and worked like a clock) but now agent said that first way we have to wait for 10 hours for connectiong flight then on the way back 26 hours!! Agent confirmed that Singapre airlines will provide hotel. Can you advise:1. What hotels usually they provide and do I have a choice2. We have only economical tickets however do we have any legal right to ask for upgrade (I heard Singapre airline are totally ininterested in that they even ask people then to cancell the tickets)3. While in Singapore for that tiem, what do you suggest we do?All assistnace and answers will be much appreciated
