Mars controls anger as well as Aries. In whatever house you find Aries or Mars is the area of life where you tend to exert the most efforts (Mars). The stressful aspect espcially from Uranus will disrupt that department of life and bring hastiness, impulsiveness and, make you chaotic.

If Mars is in 2nd, he will disrupt your finances by making you spend more and be more aggressive towards money matters. The afflictions would cause him or her to be angry if finances are not going well or if he has to pay alimony depending on the house position of the aspect.

In 7th, he or she would be hasty, aggressive, tend to fight (under bad aspects) and even get physical if also in Scorpio.
