  1. I use 1200mg odor free garlic tabs. Cranberry tablets or Oceanspray.  Plenty of water.  It worked I never had to go to the doctor once I took it.

  2. Corn silk.  Can be purchase from the supermarket (dried or fresh one from corn).

  3. As UTIs are caused by bacteria, nothing can cure them but antibiotics or substances with antibiotic properties.  Oil of oregano has antibiotic properties.  It's the best I can recommend without seeing a doctor.

Also, unsweetened cranberry juice (no cranberry juice cocktail) helps.  Cranberry/rasberry, cranberry/grape, etc. are fine, but make sure they're labeled 100% juice.  Drinks high in sugar are bad because sugar causes bacteria to reproduce more quickly, increasing the infection.

  4. Drink water like a maniac and lots of cranberry juice.  There are also pills you can buy over the counter called AZO.  HOWEVER!  At home remedies are rarely fully successful and a UTI can get serious.  Some people pee blood, have abdominal pain, back pain, and vomit.  I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you go see your doc.  They will have you pee in a cup and give you an antibiotic.

  5. Besides cranberry juice both the natural antibiotics colloidal silver and garlic oil will also help.

  6. Cranberry Juice (not from concentrate; get fresh, Organic)

    Marshmallow Root

    Golden Seal

Order online if these aren't available at a store near you. Good luck...I hope everything comes out alright.

    :)

  7. Natural Cranberry juice. NOT The cocktail kind but the organic non concentrate thick stuff that makes your mouth pucker. This has the medicinal qualities needed to help rid the kidney's of bacteria.

Eliminate as much sugar and yeast as possible from your diet.

Take a good quality probiotic to get the good bacteria back in the system.

No s*x until it clears up to prevent reinfection.

    Water, water, water.

  8. no carbonated drinks!! lots of cranberry juice and water, also u need to urinate frequently to flush it out. they also have cranberry pills that u can take .
