  1. Born: 8 June 1984

    Birthplace: Monaco

Best Known As: Socialite son of Monaco's Princess Caroline

Andrea Casiraghi is the son of Princess Caroline of Monaco and the grandson of Princess Grace and Prince Rainier III of Monaco. His father was Caroline's second husband, the Italian industrialist Stefano Casiraghi, who died in a speed-boating accident in 1990. His good looks and royal lineage made Andrea Casiraghi a favorite with the press, somewhat along the same lines as Prince William of Britain. Casiraghi's image as a teen pinup was helped along when People magazine named him one of its "50 Most Beautiful People" in 1999. With the death of Rainier in 2005, Andrea's uncle Prince Albert became ruler of Monaco; Andrea became second in line to the throne, after Princess Caroline.

Casiraghi has a sister, Charlotte (b. 1986), and a brother, Pierre (b. 1987); his half-sister, Alexandra, was born in 1999 to Caroline and her new husband Prince Ernst of Hanover... His late grandmother, Princess Grace, was also known as the actress Grace Kelly... His aunt, Princess Stephanie, is also a favorite of press photographers... For many years, royal succession in Monaco was allowed only through male children of the ruler. But Monaco's constitution was changed in 2002 so that if Albert dies without children, the throne will pass to Caroline and then on to her children with Casiraghi.

  2. I know very little about Andrea Casiraghi.

  3. Andrea Albert Pierre Casiraghi (born June 8, 1984) is the eldest child of HRH Princess Caroline of Monaco and Hanover and her second husband, Stefano Casiraghi, an heir to an Italian oil fortune. He is currently second in line to the throne after his mother, meaning that if the currently reigning Prince Albert II dies without legitimate children, then Casiraghi will most likely someday be the Prince of Monaco. As an heir to the Monegasque throne, it is likely that he will one day adopt the surname Grimaldi.

He was born June 8, 1984 at 22:40 at Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace in Monte Carlo and was named after a childhood friend of his father's.

His godparents were his aunt Princess Stéphanie and his uncle Marco Casiraghi. He has two younger siblings, Charlotte and Pierre, and a younger half-sister, Princess Alexandra of Hanover. He finished high school at the International School of Paris.

Known for his delicate blond good looks and athletic skills — he rides, skis, plays football and also guitar — he was included by People Magazine in 2002 in the Top 50 World's Most Beautiful People. He is fluent in French, English, Italian, and German.

In 2006, he began to represent his mother at official functions most notably in August a visit to Manila to the charity Amade Virlanie Foundation, a socio-civic organisation of which Princess Caroline is patron. He is currently dating Colombian millionaire beer heiress Tatiana Santo Domingo.

He is currently a student at the American University of Paris, where he is taking up visual arts and international politics.

In 2007, he now lives in New York, according to Prince Albert II.

  4. Andrea Casiraghi is the eldest son of HRH Princess Caroline of Monaco and Hanover. He is not a prince. He doesn't have a title. But his half sister does HRH HRH Princess Alexandra of Hanover. Andrea  is third in line to the

throne of Monaco, after his mother. He lives in the town of Saint Remy in the French Province, just outside Monaco. He also has 2 other siblings, Charlotte and Pierre. He speaks four languages. He has a girlfriend. Tatiana Santo Domingo

  5. I know about him because he was on that E! True Hollywood Story of Young Royals about 4 years ago and I do go to royal forums such as www.theinternetforum.net/royalforum and www.royalty.nu.

There's more than one royal family out there. LOL
