  1. Easy, Puerto Rico and the East coast of the United States share the same time zone.  Only when you set your clocks back an hour in the fall, we here remain the same time.  We do not have day light savings time.  When the tourists come, they change their watches here in the fall so as to be in time with us. Then when they are on board, they change back their watches.

  2. Puerto Rico is in the Atlantic time zone and is one hour later than the east coast , EXCEPT in summer.  Puerto Rico does not observe dayight Savings Time..so when the eastern time zone is on daylight time...the time is the same in the eastern zone and in Puerto Rico.

  3. We never change our time it`s always American Standard Time. During the winter, when the east coast falls back 1 hour for the Daylight Saving Time we remain on American Standard Time and will be 1 hour ahead of the east coast.

  4. Standard time zone: UTC/GMT -4 hours

No daylight saving time in 2008

Same as east except when daylight sayving occurs from Oct to march...One hour less than east
