  1. Normal water is best, both are really unhealthy for u and gatorade decreases ur resistance to the flu and aids.

  2. Personally I think water would help but sinced u asked ill go with gatorade

  3. Vitamin Water...

  4. High quality H2O!!!  Also, Vitamin Water is not all that good for you.  I read an article that said how much sugar is in those things and if on a diet, it can actually be worse for you.  If you're so dehydrated, you shouldn't be concuming lots of sugar....so yeah, just drink a bunch of water but don't over hydrate.

  5. Gatorade will help rehydrate you alot more than vitamin water as long as you are physically active whilst drinking gatorade. Gatorade is not good for you if just drink while not being physically active and can do harm to your kidneys over along period of time, if you are active whilst drinking gatorade then your body is making proper use of the minerals contained in the gatorade

  6. Most sports articules I read suggest half gatorade and half water.  Gatorade is suppose to have electrolyes but you'd do better drinking orange juice.

  7. I dont know what vitamin water is, but the sounds of it make me think its the better choice. gatorade is a sugary, coloured drink, and only gets you hyperactive, which probably makes you more thirsty.

  8. You should drink water, milk, and Gatorade.

Gatorade is actually better for you cause it does not fill you up on sugar. I read an article yesterday and it said it had about 32 grams of sugar i think.

  9. You could try using a specialized Electrolyte mix such as ElectroMIX made by Alacer. It contains Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Calcium and Chromium - as far as i can see Gatorade only contains Sodium and Potassium. You just mix with water. I have found this works very well for dehydration after long haul flights or stressful situations. You can buy this or similar products at your local health food store such as Wholefoods, you may even be able to buy in at your local pharmacy or supermarket.

  10. gatorade... crosby drinks it so thats good enough for me lol

  11. Vitamin water has a lot of sugar and therefore makes you hyperactive normally, which therefore does nothing for you dehydration. Gatorade and Powerade and all those sport drinks contain a lot of salt, which causes you to be dehydrated. So neither really help. You best option is water, but if you want something flavoured go for sparkling mineral water. Try and get the ones without a lot of sugar.
