i lost 20lbs in 4 weeks? i eat cheerios in the morning and have a salad for lunch and a good dinner (((chicken and veggies and a butter roll.)))))) i walk every day and swim. and don't eat after 7pm if i do it gives me really bad heart burn. what Else Can i do to help me lose wight?

  2. no,you need 2 months to safely lose so much fat...you gotta stay active like this for the rest of your life so that the weight doesnt come back!

  4. 20 lbs in 4 weeks is a good weight lose, depending on your height it may even be a bit too much in such a short amount of time. You should always get advice from a Dr. when trying to loose weight that fast. How old are you, how tall are you and what is your current weight? all of these things plus the current status of your health are going to be things that will effect your weight loss.
