  1. it was just one brownie.

just dont eat it evryday, only once in a while.

    its ok ;)

  2. 1 brownie is not gonna ruin you. Get back to your routine tomorrow.

  3. i know how you feel.. you did well today though.. have diet hot choco or a no sugar added fudge bar when you want to have some chocolate. they have little fat.

if you are hungry.. add more salad because it is sooo low in calories and it fills you up!

  4. Oh my goodness - don't you know that stress creates an excess of cortisol in your body, making you hold fat, especially around the belly ??! What you can do is STOP STRESSING. You haven't ruined your day. You eat healthy. Keep it up. One brownie isn't the end of the world. Besides, chocolate is good for you !!!

  5. well: you know " Nutritional  Food Groups are very important

today as Diet & Fitness  Answers Healh  says continue

the Daily Excercises and Plan 3 square Meals Per Day of  course it

will help Calarie Counter alot better "

  6. run around your neighborhood 50 times.  No, seriously it's ok.  If you restrict yourself all the time, you won't be happy and then you will splurge all day.  Every once in a while you have to splurge.

  7. ohhmyyygadddd. you ate a brownie!

ok, big deal. you ate a brownie.

it sounds like your doing good trying to lose weight but you really shouldn't obbesse over what you eat, just watch what you eat.

  8. 1st off. its no biggie. one messup from the great foods u ate today! heck. dont worry bout it. yeah. if u had ate like four brownies. but its totally okk. ur doing great. that 2 lbs will come off in no time! :)

i used to weigh 250. i weigh 130 now. and i learned if u treat urself like twice a week, it makes things a lot easier!

  9. Trust me one brownie did not ruin your day...you wil be just fine...I think you did the right thing by eating a brownie and seeing (for yourself) that you can deviate a little from your diet and still lose or maintain a stable weight.

  10. You know, so many people think that eating something like a brownie ruins your whole diet and that's why so many diets fail because people think that they ruined it. but as long as you start again tomorrow it will be ok.. just don't give up!

  11. You've been eating great [besides the brownie lol]

don't feel too bad about it.

    do 20 push ups,

20 sit ups [i think they're called crunches in america?]

and jog on the spot for 25 minutes.

    you should lose your brownie and a little bit more after all that;

if you make the jogging intense.

    hope this helps :)

  12. just keep eating healthy and it the brownie will wear off or go walk a mile

  13. u did not "ruine" ur day!

    its jjust alittle brownie

do some EXTRA exercise and u'll feel ok...

if ur trying to loose 2 pounds,

    EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE

how long r u planning this diet...

for me it would prob take 1.5-2 weeks

  14. tommorow early in the morning go for a long walk or jog before breakfast, that should burn the calories from the brownie. Either way don't stress it to much, its just a little itty brownie.

  15. You ate a brownie!! Omg!! It's the end of the world!! Aaaaaahh!!!

Seriously, don't worry about it. I don't get why people feel bad for eating stuff like that. It's not a big deal at all, you ate like nothing all day, anyways.

    Chill.    :)

  16. trust me, the little brownie isnt going to make a big difference. If you are really worried, I read that for each minute you continuosly jog, you take off 10 calories. Find out how many calories were that that brownie and divide it by 10 then jog that number of minutes.

    I hope I helped :)
