i feel so bad because i ate a brownie just then! i've been doing so good and i feel like i just blew it! i'm trying to lose 2 pounds! today i had..breakfast- a half of a banana and a fiber one barlunch- a cup of cereal and a half of peanut butter sandwhich on low fat breaddinner- grilled chicken and half of a baked potato with like 2 bites of saladand then i ate a DERN brownie and ruined my day! what can i do to make up for it?
