i am taking clomis this is first trying now my regular period end on the 5th day or sixth but with clomid i still having a little bit of spots till my 5th and 6th day just a little bit so is that fine? and theres a good and the medicine working good in this case?

You don't have to worry if you still have spotting while taking the clomid.  I am actually starting clomid tomorrow for the first time, its the 5th day of my cycle and I am still bleeding, but thats allright, my doctor did not tell me to wait until the bleeding stops and just to start taking the first pill on the fifth day.  Other doctors tell you to take it on the 2nd or 3rd day of your cycle, it really depents on the doctor.  The clomid is still going to work even if you are spotting.
