I am also an athlete and i know that when race was to begin, my limbs started shaking....

Be confident that you are the only winner and don't lose your confidence even if you fail to achieve

But always respect other racers and hence they would give you help.....always be friendly

if u are not friendly they might go in for cheating with you.....

practise makes perfect ... go to the gym ... work out .. eat a balenced meal .. train .... and with the help of god  you will be first
