What i should study.?

I just finish my HS. now i want to have rest for 1year. Next year, i want to take a HRM course. But i want to learn in advance. What kind of books i should buy to learned in advance about this course? can u guys help me?

Go to school.....you will be ahead of most Americans because a lot are uneducated or just plain stupid.

Check out the library and college bookstores for HRM books.

Pick up some HRM books off of amazon, etc. that are only a couple years old.  You can find them fairly cheap.  Just type in "human resource management" in the search box on Amazon.  You should find plenty.
