  1. witht the problem with the 160 ipod they tend to freeze alot more then other ipods

if all your stuff is itunes and that then stick with an ipod  but if not i would personly with a zune 80gb  ipods are just popurler and if some one as this they must get oen to aleast how amercains think even tho iam one lol

zunes better  ipod pain jobs fade every a while vs the zune pain job it dont

zunes are skrect resistince like a itouch and the ipod touch is the only oen has that

zune earbuds are alot better  then the decent ones come with ipods  they design to have greta base there lought for people who liek louad music. they got magments on them to get less tangle up

just if u a loyal person zune  got passes to unlited musice 15 dollors an month better then itunes buying one buy one

    zune screen is bit bigger

screen can be seen from any anagle vs you gottta look stright at ipod have you try looking at a frineds  on side of you its hard

as you said you freaken used up 30gbs? thats alot music zunes are better at scrolling tho music  you hold down and on the side it  shows the letter  your on while scrolling vs  moveing your thumb 10 times ina cirlcil trying find out   what u want

or even the menu is better  with music u can go left or right  goiong to all song to artiest to genra(type rap rock et) playlist albumes just by click right and left vs ipods you have to go back to click one then go back and click other one not cool man

zunes you have games  and only the itouch got that

you got built in radio and its a good one vs you gotta buy adapter for the ipod

i think the software is easy to use to

  2. 80gb touch

  3. I like the 80gb classic.

  4. 160gb go for more space. The 32gb is not much of an upgrade--especially if you want to add many applications.

  5. In this case I would say go for less space with more features: buy the touch.  Just make sure you have plenty of storage space on your desktop computer and rotate the music/video through your iPod Touch.

Let's face it, unless you are going out to sea or off of the grid for some other reason you would never need more than 30GB all at once at any given time.  If you find you are missing a song/video you could always hook it to your notebook or desktop and shuffle your library around.

In the end it is personal opinion though.

  6. You should wait until September 9th and see what Apple are going to announce. There have been rumors that they are introducing new products on this date. Which hopefully means a larger HDD.

Also, I would like to suggest you get the Archos 5. It has a 250GB HDD and a 5" touch screen. It is better than the iPods because it can play HD and full DVD quality videos. The Archos 5 is a Internet Media Tablet, so of course it has internet, but the internet is the true internet unlike the iPod Touch.

    The Archos 5 (250GB HDD) costs $449.99.

The iPod Touch (32GB Flash Drive) costs $499.99.

  7. get the 80 gig classic. its the space you need. if you want the apps and stuff get the touch

    but WAIT FOR IT!

the new ipods come out in september!

Wait for apple to upgrade them! They'll have new features and everything. Wait for a few weeks.

and if you still want the old ones, get them while they last.

  8. You need to decide which is more important for you; the extra features or the ability to really grow your music collection.

  9. You can look at it from a couple of sides.

If you get the 32 GB iPod touch, then maybe you should delete some of the songs that you don't listen to and make room for other songs and such.

If you get the 160 GB iPod classic, then you get to keep all of your songs, and have a lot of space for other things, like videos, pictures, etc.

Why not just get the 80 GB iPod classic? It's only about $250 with enough space (for me, at least). The 32GB touch is almost $500, and the 160 GB classic is about $350 more than the 80 GB one. And you get 60 GB more space, too!
