  1. I would say a birth certificate, passport, proof of address

  2. You will need to take the following for yourself

1 proof of identification i.e.passport/photo driving licence

1 proof of address i.e. utility bill, gas, electric, water landline phone,  bank statement

Your sons passport if he has one, birth certificate

  3. I agree with marlena .good luck.

  4. A state issued ID or passport and social security number.  That's what I had to check at my credit union.  Actually, for a minor, your id may be sufficient.  Best bet is to call the bank directly and ask them.

  5. a birth certificate and ss# should be enough.

  6. She should bring a form of id to identify herself, a proof of address, ie, bank statment, driving licence or utility bill.

she will also need to bring her son with her and he will need to have id like passport or birth certificate.

WARNING: if the childs surname and the parent surname are different then a document showing the change will need to be provided, to show a link between the mother and the son.

    hope this helps

  7. you need some proof of identification and i think she may need to take some 4 herself bcoz they r under 16 thats what my dad did but that was hsbc
