What if I can't pay my car insurance deductible right away?

I was in an accident and it was my fault, I have to pay a 500 dollar deductible but what If I can't pay the garage the deductible right away, will they charge me each day I don't pay it? Or just not give me my car until I finish paying it?

They don't give you your car, and they have the right to charge storage for every day until you do pay.  

When you select the deductible on your policy, you agree to be responsible for that amount on any claim that cannot be apportioned to somebody else.
