Basic health care is hardly 'unattainable,' the problem is he is promising things that he won't be able to deliver unless the economy miraculously turns around and we avoid the second great depression that seems inevitable now.  The rich will just have to lump it if they don't like the soup, same as the poor did while the reps of rich creeps were in power.  Ironically it was them who landed us up in the position that we are in now..
